Alright, I've coincidentally worked on a project with this type of chairs recently so I have some experience ^^ also I don't like the critique outline dA gives me so I'll break it down into different categories.

Design
Very classic design, I don't know if you've specifically been inspired by one chair but there's plenty out there. It works. I think the brown really drives the point home that this is a classic chair, while something like blue might put it in the retro genre. Don't know what you were going for . What I don't get is why you put cut lines (what's the real term?) on the backrest but stitches on the other parts of the design, that kinda breaks continuity. The backrest also has a considerably more blocky shape than the rest of the chair, so that might be the weakest point of your design.

Ergonomics
Again, I'm not sure if you even considered this and what this design is for, but I'm just commenting on what I see. It's mostly okay but there's some things that make it look a little uncomfortable.
Do you use a human model for size reference? Because this chair looks very thin. I feel like I would get stuck in it pretty easily (if I wasn't underweight, I guess..) Compared to the seat width, the backrest looks pretty high (most chairs, the backrest isn't higher than your head) and the seat pan is pretty deep, so that short people would have trouble because their upper legs are shorter than the seat pan.
All of these things are pretty easy to overcome with a human scale 3D model. Keep in mind some extra space for nonstandart humans and you're good

Model/render
Great work, I'm not much of a 3D guy myself and this is just amazing.

Presentation
I'm not really sure what you would use this for, but the presentation of this design is not inherently very dynamic, which is kind of a shame. If you look at places where chairs are presented, the images are almost always in an environment, even without people, to show what the chair looks like in normal use, or in some kind of artsy composition that doesn't show much of the design but makes it look cool. This is neither, and I think if you spend some time on the presentation this will look even better

So that's that, I hope it helps!
